Organic Farming Association of India (OFAI) & Third World Network (TWN) , Malaysia in association with the National Center of Organic Farming (NCOF) announces the first (Regional) South Asia Conference on "Outstanding Organic Agriculture Techniques". 

The conference is for the benefit of organic farmers and organic farming promoters from South Asian countries only including India, Bhutan, Nepal, Pakistan, Afganistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Myanmar. Participants are also expected  from Ethiopia and Malaysia.

The conference is in the nature of a skill and knowledge-sharing event. The speakers will be mainly pioneer organic farmers who have done organic farming for more a decade. They will be speaking from considerable field experience.

Important dates for OFAI members :

15th August 09 - Registration of delegates (other than Resource Persons) by post / phone / email

9th - 10th (morning) september 09 : Arival of delegates in Bengaluru (Bangalore)

10th & 11th Sept : SAC on "Outstanding Organic Agriculture Technique" at GKVK

1éth September : Organic Food Festival at Lalbagh (Optional, not part of SAC)
